Dear Extended Day Parent / Guardian,
It’s time to register for the 2016-2017 After School Program. The program will run Monday through Friday beginning August 31 from the time school is out until the time posted by the after school program. The program will include snack, math and reading support, homework help and fun activities each day as well as field trips throughout the year.
Your cost for your child to participate is $40 per month plus a $10 non-refundable registration fee. A sliding fee scale is available with approved verification. If you would like your child to participate please complete the extended day note, yellow registration card and Parent Handbook form, all available in the office. Enrollment is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Your student will not be enrolled in the program until we receive the following: 1) $10 registration fee; 2) first month’s tuition; 3) yellow registration card completed and signed; 4) extended day note completed and signed; 5) Parent Handbook form completed and signed.
